Silver Lining is the understated one. A soft silver-grey satin, cut with a notch collar and a chest pocket, finished with covered buttons and slim satin ribbon bows down the placket. It catches the light without shining, which is the whole point — the colour does the work.

The fabric
Satin is a weave, not a fibre. Ours is a polyester satin, and that is what gives it the glide and the drape at this price — cool to get into, smooth against skin and hair, and far less inclined to hold a crease than cotton.

Care
- Machine wash cold on a delicate cycle, ideally in a mesh laundry bag
- Use a detergent made for delicate fabrics
- Do not bleach, and do not tumble dry
- Dry flat, and iron on the reverse side or use a steamer
